Oat tartlets with strawberries and bananas

Instructions

Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork until pureed, or blend them.

Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice; add the soy drink and sunflower oil, stirring with a whisk.

Now add the sifted flour, starch, and baking powder, mixing briefly until smooth; add the oat flakes and transfer the resulting mixture to small, lightly oiled molds.

Cut the strawberries into very small pieces and add them to the tartlets.

Bake the tartlets in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Baking times also depend on their size: if using larger molds (such as tartlets), bake for a few minutes longer.

Store the tartlets for about 2 days.

You can add 20-40 g of cane sugar to the mixture if you prefer a sweeter flavor; in our case, they're sweetened only with banana.
