Shipping & Delivery

Sarchio Spa will only send out the goods after the payment has been confirmed. For payments made by bank transfer, we will make arrangements for shipment after the amount has been credited to our account.

Delivery is by courier. When the order is confirmed, it is sent to our warehouse to be preapred and then handed over to the courier for shipment and delivery, that usually happens within 5 business days.

Delivery charges for Italy depend on the weight/volume/destination of the shipment, with a minimum charge of Euro 8.00 (including VAT). Charges are shown as a separate item when the order is passed.

Sarchio spa cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or due to the usual busy periods throughout the year.

When you Receive Your Order

A few tips when taking receipt of your goods:

• check the number of boxes delivered matches the information in the delivery note;
• check the boxes are intact and the seal has not been tampered with;
• whenever possible, take the product out of the box immediately and check it is not damaged.

If there are any signs of tampering and / or visible damage, you should dispute the shipment and / or delivery immediately by writing “GOODS ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATIONS BECAUSE OF.....” (stating the reason) on the delivery note you receive from the courier.
