Red rice and Venere rice crackers are made with these two varieties of wholegrain rice grown in Italy. The whole grains of rice are cooked at high temperature with no added fat. An ideal, light and crunchy snack, served instead of bread during meals, eaten with jam for breakfast or a snack, or the ideal base for eye-catching finger food.
