Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons indicated (non-compliance with Law 9 January 2004, No. 4):
  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to users lacks an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available in text).
  • C.9.1.3.2 – In some instances, the order in which content is presented affects its meaning but is conveyed only visually, not structurally.
  • C.9.1.3.5 – The purpose of certain input fields that require specific data is not correctly communicated to assistive technologies or has not been correctly implemented.
  • C.9.1.4.1 – Colour alone is sometimes used to convey meaning or distinguish information or functionality.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for permitted exceptions (e.g. logotypes).
  • C.9.1.4.5 – Text images are sometimes used in place of plain text and are neither customisable nor essential to the conveyed information.
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user-agent viewport size changes.
  • C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, including their various states, the colour contrast against adjacent elements does not exceed a 3 : 1 ratio.
  • C.9.1.4.12 – Changing text spacing (line height, paragraph spacing, letter or word spacing) causes some loss of information or content.
  • C.9.1.4.13 – Where additional content becomes visible/hidden on mouse hover or keyboard focus, there is no mechanism to:dismiss the content without moving the pointer or focus, move the pointer over the additional content without it disappearing, orkeep the additional content visible until hover/focus is removed, the user dismisses it, or it becomes irrelevant; except where specifically allowed.
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionality is not operable via keyboard (or equivalent input interface).
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Automatically started animations, flashing, scrolling or auto-updating information lasting more than five seconds or shown parallel to other content lack mechanisms to pause, stop or hide them.
  • C.9.2.4.1 – No mechanism exists to skip blocks of content that repeat across multiple pages.
  • C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages lack titles that describe their topic or purpose.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On pages navigated sequentially where navigation order affects meaning or operation, some focusable elements are not reached in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of certain links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content.
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently describe content or functionality.
  • C.9.2.4.7 – Some interactive elements do not visibly indicate keyboard focus.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions are missing where user input is required.
  • C.9.3.3.3 – When an input error is identified and suggestions for correction are known, they are not provided to the user, except where exempted.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – For some user-interface components (form elements, links, script-generated components, etc.), name, role, states, properties and values are incorrect or unset, or users and assistive technologies are not notified when they change.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – Some status messages are not presented so that assistive technologies can interpret them without moving focus.
