In addition to several checks made by control bodies, we rely on an external laboratory where numerous and rigorous qualitative analyses are carried out on both raw ingredients and finished products. This is done to ensure the safety of the foods we bring to your table.IFS certification
Standard developed by the major European retailers certifying the ability of a food company to produce products that are safe, authentic and of a quality that complies to the law regulations and to the specifics of the customers. Sarchio was rated HIGHER LEVEL.
BRC certification
Standard developed in the UK that defines the requirements to manage safety, integrity, compliance to laws and quality of a product produced in a food stuff company. Sarchio has been rated AA.

European organic certification of organic products
Organic certification
Organic products are subjected to EC Regulation n° 834/2007. Raw material, manufacturing process and finished product are controlled and guaranteed by bodies recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. These bodies must check and certify that the entire production chain (starting from selection of raw materials, processing up to storage and distribution) respects the legislation on organic production.
Gluten free certification
Company self-certification that ensures compliance with EC Regulation 41/2009 on gluten-free products. This regulation certifies that a product contains fewer than 20 parts per million of gluten.
AIC logo
European gluten free symbol. AOECS - Association Of European Coeliac Societies - delegates to its member associations the right to use this symbol. AOECS controls, through periodic audits, the companies which desire to use this symbol to certify that their gluten free products meet the standard of fewer than 20 parts per million of gluten.
The Vegan Trademark
The Vegan Trademark certifies that a product does not contain any animal ingredients or derivatives according to the standards set down by the Vegan Society (the British organisation founded by Donald Watson in 1944, who was also the first to coin the term 'vegan’).
