Instructions

Pour the plant-based drink, soy cream, sugar, vanilla seeds, and agar-agar into a small saucepan. Place the saucepan over heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil; continue cooking for a few minutes, then pour the liquid into 4 small glasses or single-serving molds.

Let the panna cotta cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours; it must set completely.

Peel the oranges, removing all the pith, and slice them; transfer them to a pan with the sugar and cook for about 5 minutes; they should be lightly caramelized.

Turn out the panna cotta—or serve it directly in the small glasses—and garnish with the oranges and mint.
