ORGANIC FARMING
We believed in ORGANIC food when it still meant going against the flow. Nevertheless, for us the organic approach was always the first, essential step in the path towards a correct diet. This alternative vision led to agricultural methods that respect the balance in nature, based on crop rotation to counter soil impoverishment, growing crops without the use of synthetic chemicals, and safeguarding biodiversity and protecting bees.
The intensive farming of a just a few, limited varieties results in the loss of the genetic inheritance passed down by ancient seeds. This leads to a clear imbalance in ecosystems and the gradual extinction of certain species of animals and plant varieties, causing incalculable damage to the environment and mankind. This is why we decided to promote awareness and the development of products using other cereals instead of just wheat.
Controlling the production chain is an essential requisite for us and means we are able to guarantee the quality of our products. We monitor every step of the process and select our suppliers according to high and rigorous quality standards. Every step is monitored and traceable, to ensure safety, transparency and consistency with our values.
