The small and irregular shape of Sarchio spelt flakes is due to a peculiar cooking process; the wholegrain spelt is first steam cooked and then is toasted in the oven. Simple and low-fat they help reaching the right amount of the daily fiber intake. Try them in addition to milk and yoghurt.
