Puffed rice and oat flakes biscuits
130g Sarchio oat flakes
50g Sarchio puffed rice
100g 00 flour
100g room temperature butter
100 g Sarchio cane sugar
a pinch of yeast
Mix all the ingredients, shape into balls and flatten slightly with the hands or the bottom of a glass.
Bake in oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
