Rice and soy cakes
Sarchio rice and soy cakes are exclusively made of carefully selected whole rice and soy. The cereal grains are high-temperature steam cooked, with no fats and salt added. Light and crispy, they can be a substitute of bread and can be used as basis for delicious canapés. Try them also with honey or marmalade for breakfast. Since rice is naturally gluten free, they are recommended to gluten intolerant subjects and people who follow a low sodium diet.
