Goji berries

Goji, or Lycium barbarum, are red berries that grow on wild shrubs found in the Himalayan valleys of Tibet and Mongolia, and in the Chinese provinces of Xinjiang and Ningxia.
They are called a Superfood because they are high in fibre and contain more antioxidants than almost any other food. Goji berries are soft and rather sweet with a flavour that is similar to strawberries and fruits of the forest. Eat them straight from the pack or added to yogurt, fruit salad or salad.
