DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA PASTA.

Sarchio durum wheat pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina flour. It is made using bronze extrusion dies instead of Teflon, as this gives the finished pasta its characteristic roughness and porosity so it can grip onto the pasta sauce better.
