Buckwheat drink

Buckwheat milk drink is made by extracting the milk from buckwheat, a plant whose seeds are the fruit of its flowers. It has the same characteristically flowery flavour as the plant, with the added bonus of being gluten free. It is an excellent alternative to dairy milk for anyone who is vegan or lactose intolerant. It is naturally sweet and is particularly ideal at breakfast served with cereals or as an ingredient in desserts.
